How to Install the Extension

  1. Enable the module with php bin/magento module:enable BelVG_PromoPopup
  2. Run php bin/magento setup:upgrade
  3. Recompile DI php bin/magento setup:di:compile
  4. Recompile static files: php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy
  5. Flush cache php bin/magento cache:flush

How to Configure the Extension 

Go to Stores -> Configuration -> BelVG Extensions -> Promo Popup to find the whole list of extension settings:

  • Enabled: turn on the module by choosing YES
  • Form ID: give ID for a pop-up which will control the amount of messages shown to each specific visitor
  • Display Mode: choose the type of pop-up. It could be simple banner, promo coupon or email sign-up form
  • Display Area: choose where to display the pop-up. Your available options are to use all the pages or specifically the homepage and the checkout pages
  • Display Method: choose whether the pop-up will appear after the delay or just the scroll down of the webpage
  • Delay / Scroll count: specify how many seconds will delay or number of scrolls before pop-up will appear
  • Number of appearance: choose how many times the pop-up will appear on the website
  • Templates: choose the holiday and then select the appropriate template you want


How to Configure the Popup

You can edit the content of the popup with the help of the simple WYSIWYG-editor. Upload images, change text and add additional blocks.
